Berks Youth Sports

New to youth sports? It can be challenging to know what sports are offered, when their deadlines are, how to register, and what other fun youth activities exist in Berks County! We created this page to help consolidate all of the awesome opportunities available in our amazing Berks County community help busy families find activities for their kids!

We launched this project in the Governor Mifflin School District; however, we do invite other school districts to participate! Interested in learning more? email heather@doitlocalberks.com

Participating School Districts

  • Governor Mifflin School District

    The Governor Mifflin School District includes students in Brecknock Elementary School, Cumru Elementary School, Mifflin Park Elementary School, Governor Mifflin Intermediate School and some youth programs also extend into the GM Middle School. (If your child home schools or attends a neighboring school but would prefer to play in the GM organizations, you may want to reach out to the organization to see if they can make an exception. Not all organizations are allowed to, but some can!)

    Alvernia is proud to host a Youth Summer League at the PLEX!

    League Runs June 17-July 18th.

    Playoffs July 15-18!
